Who we are

Skyline Studio LLC ("Skyline Studio", "we", "us") is a video production company based in Midland, North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through skylinestudiollc.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions? Email skylinestudioclt@gmail.com.

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, the service, package and budget you choose, and your project details. We use it only to reply to you, prepare a quote and work with you on your project. Inquiries are delivered to our email inbox. We don't sell or rent this information, and we don't share it with anyone except service providers who help us run the business, such as our web host and email provider.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, where visits come from and whether an inquiry was sent. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which can last up to two years. Google Analytics does not give us your name or contact details, and we have turned off Google's advertising features: no advertising cookies, no Google Signals and no ad personalisation.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we remember it. The site does not use any other tracking, advertising or social media cookies.

Your choices

You can change your cookie preference at any time using Cookie settings. If you decline, analytics cookies are removed and not set again.

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals: if your browser sends either one, analytics cookies stay off. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before any analytics cookies are used. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which it is deleted automatically.

Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and the inquiry form includes spam and abuse protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights and requests

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing skylinestudioclt@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
